Dimtu Tero is a washing station with 100+ smallholder farmers providing fresh fruit for processing in addition to the principal himself. What's also interesting is that the entire harvest area is simply... a forest!
If you are and advanced espresso maker and your grinder and other tools can do the job of extracting enough from a lighter roast than you can choose for the omni roast. Omni roast is especially recommended if you prefer acidity and floral notes more than caramelized sweet notes and killer bodies.
