This is a return product from a customer that tried the grinder and couldn't brew a proper shot. Explaining that this is not due to the grinder but due to bad puck preparation and lack of skills did not prevent the customer from returning the grinder. As good a new in the original box with some coffee residue. Now we give this grinder a second chance at finding a new owner that will appreciate him/her/it 😁.
