How does the order process work?
To get started with your shipping quotation:
🛒 Step 1: Add your items to the cart (don't forget coffee, tea, chocolate, filters, or maintenance supplies like descaler and cleaner).
📝 Step 2: Go to checkout and select 'Bank transfer IBAN/SEPA' as your payment method.
✋ Step 3: Complete the order but do not pay yet. This allows us to create a non-binding quotation for you. We will manually review your order to optimize shipping costs and help you complete tyour order.
✅ Once your order is complete and approved, we’ll send you a direct payment link! It’s all part of our curated "one-stop-shop" service for Coffee Lovers. Let us know if you need any help! ☕"
Your payment will be confirmed in your dashboard/account
Once your order has been dispatched and tracking information will be shared in your account. Please be patient - we cannot provide customer service about tracking and delivery for economy shipments. Delays can happen and murphy's law does, unfortunately still apply on our planet. Contact us for express shipments.
Your invoice will be available for download in your dashboard/account
When you receive your package and check if everything is ok and without damage
In order to add items to your order, check on the communication, tracking, invoice, etc it is recommended that you register your account - and opt for 2FA authentication for additional security.
WB.coffee and the e-mail service is hosted in EU (Odoo S.A.) and Switserland (Infomaniak). If you provide us with your e-mail and phone number with your quotation request or order we can contact you and update you via those channels. We will first contact you by messaging app and only call if we need information from you (error in address, e-mail, parcel point, product updates, etc) urgently. Certain shipping companies, like UPS also require the recepient phone number, so please provide your existing number. We will never sell your data.
We are often busy roasting, cupping coffees, training, teaching students, etc. So there could be delays in between the steps above. Please be patient.
If the shipping costs are to high and you do not wish to proceed please let us know or cancel/reject the quotation in your account so we don't keep products reserved for you. We do however encourage you to make an economical order so the shipping costs per item are acceptable. Browse the site for Coffee, Tea, Chocolate, Kitchen tools, Gifts & Merchandise, Spare parts, Filters, etc and/or team-up with coffee friends and make a joint order.
If you are ordering for a company and want to pay afterwards by invoice let us know.
We reccomend to use 2 factor euthentication for your account. In your account you will find your order information including serial numbers, lot numbers, history, payment information and invoices. Make sure to enter your VAT number for 0% VAT ICP orders inside the EU. For outside of EU orders VAT will be 0% automatically.
I did not receive a payment request yet?
We can be busy with cupping coffees, training and webshop orders. Please be patient. If your shipping costs have not yet been added to your quotation please wait with transfering money, it will not speed up your order as we will still need to receive the payment for shipping costs.
Retail pricing
Listed pricing includes VAT. Discounts are not accumulative so will not be applied on top of other discounts.

Order online
Login to your account in order to view the products. You can continue shopping or checkout. You will also be able to view past orders in the My Account section.
Pay for your order
Once you have checked out you will receive an automated email with the amount owing. Please make payment into our bank account the details of which will be in the email. We will send you an official tax invoice when payment is received and the goods are dispatched. If shipping costs are not yet included in your quotation please wait with your payment.

Backorders
It is possible to place a backorder for products that our out of stock. There is no guarantee that products will be back in stock. If a product is not available we will send you a refund. Freight charges apply for every new order. Please do not send us money before we accept your backorder and send you a payment request. We will ask you for payment once the product is on the way or in our warehouse. We cannot provide you with updates If you sourced the product elsewhere please be so kind to cancel your order in your dashboard/account.
Place a pre-order
On occasion items will be out of stock. If you would like to place a pre-order, simply email us with your request. We will enter the pre-order manually and send you a proforma invoice. We will give you an estimate of when the goods will be available. We cannot guarantee a delivery time until the items are within our possession, however we will make every effort to keep you informed of expected delivery date. We will confirm the pre-order with you and request payment of the proforma invoice close to the time of availability. We will dispatch the goods once payment has cleared and the goods are available.

We are all here for the love of coffee, tea, chocolate. We are all humans. This is no Jeff Bezos shop, no bol, no chinese shop. If you are here for the love of coffee, tea, chocolate, good life, good people we are happy to serve you. Please do not behave obnocious, entitled or disrespectfull. Especially if you want to buy just one item. We go through great lenght to offer you a one-stop shop. Our products are curated. Add-on products are mostly hand-picked for you so please be thankfull and show that you have a love for coffee, tea, chocolate. We are humans and mistakes happen.
Ocassionaly prices online are outdated due to price increase by the producer or distributor, increased shipping or customs clearing costs. If a price is clearly not correct, please notify us and do no try make a fast payment before we confirm the availability and prices of the products in your quotation.
If you only care about the lowest price and would order from amazon or big e-commerce if the price was simular probably you should not order from us. If you are open to learning and tasting new things WB.coffee probably is your kinda business.
