Our tasting menu features WB.coffee blends, delicacies and exclusive limit edition coffee, tea and chocolate. The menu is available in Weesp on appointment and is the basis for our coffee service at your events. The basic menu with our own blends is always available and you are welcome to drop by @ Amsterdam Coffee Lab in Weesp for an exceptional coffee or tea. 

Please note that we cannot serve you during our courses, workshops, events, and cuppings. To guarantee your experience, feel free to message us before your visit or use the button below to reserve a time slot.

Green Rooibos - the rooibos plant's leaves are harvested, dried, and then subjected to steaming. These leaves have a slender, needle-like shape, measuring around 10 mm in length.

Due to the lack of fermentation, the needles retain a striking green color.Green rooibos offers a sweet, gentle, and slightly moist flavor profile.

         Kukicha Kaede - kukicha is unique as it is made from both the leaves and stems of the tea plant. This results in a lower caffeine content, allowing for a soothing experience in the evening. Our Kukicha Kaede is crafted using only the highest quality parts of Gyokuro.The tea is known for its beautiful jade green color and its smooth, mild fragrance, which is devoid of bitterness. With low theine and high theanine levels, it is perfect for unwinding and relaxation.
  • Mao Feng - Huangshan (Yellow Mountains) - China - 
  • Mao Feng is celebrated for its fresh, delicate, and often subtly sweet aroma with floral notes, sometimes described as reminiscent of spring flowers or orchids. Some may detect hints of honey or peach.  The flavor is typically light, refreshing, and smooth with a mild, clean, and slightly sweet taste. It generally lacks the bitterness that can be present in some other green teas. Some describe a delicate grassy or vegetal flavor with a lingering sweet aftertaste.  The tea has a light to medium body with a smooth and crisp texture on the palate.
  • Sencha - Asatsuyu - Shizuoka (Japan) - fresh bold umami flavor. Shincha of the Asatsuyu variety is harvested in the Shizuoka region in early spring. It is known for exceptional freshness, sweetness, and smooth umami due to the higher concentration of nutrients stored over winter.

If you want it to-go bring your own re-usable to-go cup or buy one from us and get your first drink for free. If you want to treat your co-workers or kick start your stand-up meeting or brainstorming session ask us fo a thermos (1.25 or 1.8 liter).
