Use your leftover coffee grounds as a  body scrub. It works as a mild exfoliator and the natural oils work as a conditioner for hair and as body oil for your body. Soft, smooth skin that is moisturized and smells great. You do however want to use only the best coffee for your body as you don't want chemical residue from supermarket coffee.

🧴 Basic Recipe

Ingredients:

• ½ cup used coffee grounds (freshly used & cooled) 

Optional add:

• 1 tbsp honey (for moisture & anti-bacterial effect)
  
• ¼ cup oil (coconut, olive, or almond oil) 

🥣 Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until you get a gritty, moist texture.
2. Store in an airtight jar (lasts up to 1–2 weeks at room temp or longer in fridge).
3. Use 1–2 times per week in the shower:
   • Rub gently on damp skin in circular motions.
   • Focus on elbows, knees, and rough patches.
   • Rinse off thoroughly (avoid sensitive areas).

💡 Tips:

• Use fine coffee grounds for face scrubs, coarser ones for body.
• Coffee is packed with antioxidants and may help with cellulite, puffiness, and circulation.
• Oil makes skin super soft, but can make tubs slippery — be careful! 

Remeber to use only the best coffee for your body as you don't want chemical residue from supermarket coffee.

Het idee ontstond na het testen van talloze andere vaste zepen. We merkten dat we altijd met zeeprestjes achterbleven - zonde!
