The CoffeeNose: For removing super fines <200 um this is our to go sieve at the Lab. It's way more easy and fast to use than Kruve. If you want to sieve bigger particles Kruve is the tool you need. For espresso you generally don't want to remove the super fines (completely) unless you are experimenting. For filter removing super fines gives you a range of benefits.
