🍂🌶️🫖 Black Vanilla Chai
Full-bodied black tea. Warm spices. Soft vanilla sweetness.
Black Vanilla Chai is a rich, comforting loose-leaf blend of black tea, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, orange peel, pink pepper, and vanilla. It smells amazing, looks beautiful in the cup, and tastes exactly like you hope a chai should: warm, spicy, slightly sweet, and deeply satisfying.
How does it taste?
Expect a full-bodied infusion with:
- 🍯 soft vanilla sweetness
- 🌶️ warming spice (cinnamon + ginger)
- 🍊 a subtle citrus lift from orange peel
- a cozy, lingering finish that’s perfect for mornings
☕ How to brew
- Use 12gr per liter (us a scale) - 2.5–3 g per 250 ml
- Water temperature: 98°C
- Steep time: 2-3 minutes
Re-steep: yes—increase the steep time for a second infusion (reduce temperature to 90°C on the second brew)
👃 CoffeeNose tip: If you want more sweetness, extend time slightly before adding more tea—chai can get spicy fast.
CoffeeNose serving ideas 👃
🥛 Perfect with milk
This blend loves milk—especially:
- Oat milk (creamy + naturally sweet)
- Coconut barista milk (dessert-like vibe)
☕ Dirty chai latte (highly recommended)
Add a shot of espresso (or strong moka) to your chai for a spicy-sweet caffeine kick.
Try it with our CN (Chocolaty & Nutty) espresso blend for a smooth chocolate-spice combo.
Storage (keeps your aroma fresh)
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Aroma stays vibrant for longer, and your tea corner looks extra good.
Don’t be scared of loose tea
Loose tea is easier than it looks. You only need:
- a tea infuser / strainer, or
- simple paper tea filters
Rinse, shake, done. No fuss.
