The Chemex Coffee Maker is easy to use with the Chemex Filter Papers. Grind you coffee, pour hot water over coffee and it filters through the paper resulting a clean, delicious coffee. Looks great in your kitchen or on your dining table. A real talking point over dinner or breakfast.

The 6 cup model pictured here is great for making up to 900ml of brewed coffee. 

The wood collar is held on by a piece of tanned leather. Easily removed it can then be placed in the dishwasher. If looked after it will give years, decades of use. With a different wood collar and leather tie you can customize your Chemex!

We have filter papers and accessories available. Don't forget to add filter papers to your basket. 

Chemex can also be used as water carafe or even flower vase!

Chemex is a fantastic product. Beautfull design that can double as a water carafe and flower vase. It's a plastic free coffee maker and the thick paper filters are ideal if you care about cholesterol.

Avoid the most common mistakes with Chemex: 

• too hot water 
• not pre-rinsing the filter paper 
• using brown filter paper 
• using old, dark, dull and flat coffee beans 
• not grinding the coffee beans freshly 
• not weighing the beans and the water 
• grinding too course or too fine
