Nano lot from Guatemala sourced and roasted by Hugo from Hunahpu Coffee Roasters. Hugo is from Guatemala and roasts in Amsterdam. All lots are personally selected and bought directly from the producer. After years of barista experience Hugo started roasting and as a Q-grader he is a skilled cupper always looking for exciting new flavors and complexity. The nano lots change regularly and might be gone before you know it!
The roast style is light, leaning towards "nordic" roast. Suitable for filter and omni.
