A classic Earl Grey with a sophisticated twist. Instead of the usual strong black tea base, this blend features young, hand-picked first flush Darjeeling leaves from the Himalayan foothills of India. Their delicate, floral character enhances the vibrant natural bergamot aroma, resulting in a uniquely light and elegant Earl Grey.

🥂 Often called the “champagne of black teas,” first flush Darjeeling is known for its bright, lively flavor and smooth, floral finish.

☕ How to brew

• Use 15gr per liter (us a scale)
• Water temperature: 98°C 
• Steep time: 2-3 minutes

Earl Grey adds a refined touch to cookies, cakes, and sauces.

Grind the tea leaves and stir directly into batter, or steep in melted butter, cream, or stock for a delicate citrusy infusion.
