150 White Elderflower Champagne is a sophisticated blend of white tea with peach, and elderflower provides a light and refreshing taste. Delicate, with a champagne-like aroma!

The CoffeeNose👃:​ After tasting many mouth watering teas from Teministeriet the White Elderflower Champagne is my personal favorite hands down. Rooibos Coconut Ginger is a super close runner up, it really depends on the time of the day, the weather and my mood. 

Don't be scared about loose tea. We have a wide range of tea makers or paper tea filter. Super easy to rinse and clean.

White tea is made from the same plant as Black, Green and Oolong teas, but the leaves treated slightly differently. Unlike other varieties of tea, the youngest growth on the tea bush is picked for White teas – before the leaves have opened. They are then dried immediately to stop them oxidising. 

Due to the fact that it is minimally processed, white tea is very rich in antioxidants which have been known to be beneficial for the body. Antioxidants may help fight off free radicals in the body which can cause cell damage.

Brewing Temperature: 70 degrees Celsius 

Brewing Time: 2 - 4 minutes

Dosage: 1-2 teaspoon per cup (200ml)
