The EK43S offers the strong performance of the popular EK43S from Mahlkönig in a space-saving housing. With this grinder, premium grinding is also making its way into smaller coffee bars. Its outstanding grinding results remain unmatched by the competition. 

The EK43S enables the most even extraction of valuable coffee aromas and is thus considered a guarantee for an exceptional taste experience and a promising symbol of quality. Its unique shape has become an icon of the international barista scene, to which the EK43S is deeply connected through a shared passion for coffee.

This grinder is the same as the EK43. The S is the smaller model. Be aware that there is not enough space to hang a bag under the clip. Can be used for batch brew grinding and cupping. For single dose espresso the ST version with turkish burrs is advices.  

EK43ST with Turkish burrs for super fine grinding for cecve, moka pot and espresso. A smaller hopper is aadvised. In combination with a bellow you can drastically decrease retention. At WB.coffee we can advise you and supply the complete package with correct burrs, hopper (size) and othe add-ons or upgrades.
