All Pizca del Mundo Materos are fired in a small Polish ceramics workshop and hand-decorated (so each piece can be a little different from the previous one), they are like a pearl in the sea of ceramic materos from Chinese factories.
The main advantage of clay matero is that you do not need to take too much care of it. Just like an ordinary cup - rinse it with water and that is it. That is why we recommend it for beginners and those who, for whatever reason, are discouraged by the daily care of a gourd.
What are other advantages?
Clay maintains temperature for longer. It is heavier than the gourd which allows for a better grip. It does not sweat like a gourd, which means that it will not make your thesis, monthly sales report or currently read newspaper dirty, which is where this object is very often kept.
It is stable and heavy, so it can even serve as a paperweight.
In addition, matero is surprisingly durable, it stands a good chance of surviving a fall from the height of the table on a wooden floor and even contact with hard tiles does not necessarily mean the end of its life.
