A well-functioning pitcher rinser is an important part of an efficient espresso workflow. It allows baristas to rinse milk pitchers quickly between drinks, helping remove milk residue and keeping the preparation area organised.

The spray assembly and actuator are central to this process:

🛠️ When Should You Replace the Assembly?

A replacement may be appropriate if your compatible Spinjet rinser has developed mechanical problems involving the spray or actuator mechanism.

Possible symptoms include inconsistent spray activation, a damaged actuator or visibly worn components.

However, poor rinsing performance doesn't automatically mean the spray assembly needs replacing. Low water pressure, a blocked spray opening, a kinked supply hose or debris in the system can produce similar symptoms.

Before ordering, identify the actual fault and confirm that this is the correct replacement part.

🔥 Spinjet 3-EPD — Now Suitable for Warm Water

The key advantage of the RH3PE-SPINSET over the older Rhino Spinjet assembly is its upgraded valve construction, which supports water temperatures up to 55°C.

The redesigned system combines an extended stainless steel body, CNC-machined Delrin components and robust seals.

Rhino's patented Spinjet mechanism uses water pressure to create a rotating spray pattern, rinsing the inside of pitchers and other beverage vessels from multiple angles.

Why warm water matters: Milk fats and some beverage residues are easier to rinse away with warm water. This makes the upgraded assembly particularly interesting for cafés, cocktail bars and hospitality businesses working with dairy, plant-based milk, juices and other beverages.

🛠️ Installation & Compatibility

The RH3PE-SPINSET can be used as a replacement or upgrade assembly in suitable pitcher-rinser installations.

Before ordering, check the available space, mounting arrangement, water supply and drain clearance. Rhino recommends at least 150 mm of under-counter clearance for a basic connection and a tempering valve set to a maximum of 55°C.

Important: This is the newer warm-water-compatible RH3PE-SPINSET, not the older RHSPINSET, which is specified for cold water only. These should not be confused when selecting replacement parts.
