Practice guide (simple & effective)

  1. Pick 1–5 vials 
  2. Smell vial + cap
  3. Try to name it—if not, choose the aroma family (fruity / floral / woody / spicy / etc.)
  4. Check the number in the list
  5. Repeat daily, especially the ones you missed last time

In a few weeks you’ll not only recognize aromas—you’ll be able to name them quickly, which is the real skill in cupping and tasting.
