Isopropanol ook wel IPA, 2-propanol of isopropylalcohol genoemd is een uitstekende ontvetter voor het verbetereren van de hechting van onder andere kit, lijm en wax. Tevens is Isopropanol een uitstekend product voor het extraheren van etherische oliëen.
Door de snelle verdamping, en het goed oplossen van vettigheid, heeft Isopropanol een breed scala aan toepassingen. Een groot voordeel is dat het kunststoffen en printplaten niet aantast. Isopropanol is onder andere veilig te gebruiken op glas, RVS, steen, etc. Ideal for cleaning coffee measuring equipment such as refractometers, and also (sample) roasters such as ikawa. Though we stock special cleaners for roasters. Can also be used for Syphon alcohol burners, but we reccomen bio-ethanol for Syphon alcohol burners, or get a Rekrow gas burner.
