We roast coffee fresh and due to seasonality and availability coffees often sell out fast. If you order online we can reserve the beans for you after roasting. This is for both Weesp pickup (with our zero waste - bring your own canister discount!) and delivery. 

We get fresh chocolate directly from the Chocolatemakers factory in Amsterdam harbour. Follow our updates to get notified or order your preferred flavor or couverture chocolate for your baking projects and adventures.

This canister is very suitable for our Weesp pick up and delivery service of zero waste coffee. 

Coffee Refill Program discount: No bag means 5 euro discount per KG on our zero waste coffee blends:

• 200gr refill - €1 discount

• 800gr refill - €4 discount

The Coffee Refill Program discount needs to be applied manually. Please use our payment link or QR code and select either IBAN bank transfer or cash. Note that this discount is not applicable for Mollie iDeal payments.

Roasted on 100% renewable renergy and 0% gas! It's not completely zero waste throughout the whole chain yet, but coffee is transporter in bulk over sea so the majority of the co2 and waste is created roasting with gas (we roast on renewable electricity), packaging and transport by road. 

We are buying more and more coffees that are transported by sailing cargo ships, whenever available.

Coffee Refill Program

To maintain the quality of your coffee beans, store any that you won't be using within the next week in a vacuum canister. For the coffee you'll consume during the week, an airtight canister is sufficient, even if you open it daily. Using a vacuum for this purpose can be counterproductive, as it removes not only oxygen but also carbon dioxide (CO2), which is released from the beans post-roasting and plays a crucial role in keeping them fresh.

A good airtight container is the Hario Coffee Canister. It has a glass lid and polyproplylene lid with food safe silicone closure. It fit's around 350 grams of coffee beans (1000ml).

Just make sure you store the container in a cool and dry place out of direct light.

For vacuum we recommend multiple smaller canisters.

We buy more and more green coffee transported by cargo sailing ships.
