Coffee brewing may look like a scientific experiment. This is the case. But don't worry, the siphon is an extremely simple device invented at the beginning of the 19th century. Sommelier is a top-shelf product among syphons and it allows you to brew a higher level of coffee. This handmade vessel with the highest quality workmanship resembles a carafe. The syphon works using the basic laws of physics. Fill the lower chamber with water which, when heated, flows to the upper chamber with ground beans. After a few minutes, disconnect the heat source and your coffee will flow through the filter into the lower chamber. It is ready!
