After years of extensive research, it has been scientifically proven that the tool captures and expresses up to 40% more important aromatic molecules than an identical espresso preparation without refrigeration – flavor that would otherwise be lost to the environment.
Innovation in layers
The cooling stone is a core part of the paragon. The spherical shape and large surface area of this stone, made of food-grade stainless steel and coated with a layer of highly durable titanium, ensure even and fast cooling. Due to the greater thermal capacity of the high-density liquid gel, the temperature stays cooler for longer and freezes faster than hollow or water-filled alternatives.

Cooling for espresso
The cooling stone with a diameter of 30 mm is smaller than the Paragon stone for filter and is designed for espresso coffee.
