for Fellow Stagg EKG PRO
We provide important information from the manufacturer of Fellow Stagg EKG Pro kettles about the need to do a firmware update to avoid possible problems involving abnormal behavior when reaching the set temperature.
Fellow has reacted to this issue and released a firmware update that is live and will solve the problem automatically as soon as the user connects their kettle to the Fellow app.
To fix or prevent issue, users will have to download the Fellow app and connect their kettle for the update to happen. The update will happen automatically as soon as the kettle is connected.
Providing guidance to future buyers and current ones who are (have been) experiencing the issue is critical. This issue won't be covered by warranty since the update is in place.
