The Huehuetenago region of Guatemala is known for producing some of the best coffees in Latin America due to its microclimates, pure water and altitude.
Ripe yellow peach bursting with sweetness, layered with rose and jasmine fragrances and fresh lime acidity. Accents of honey and black tea provide richness.
This charming farm is overseen by Tiago Flores. Thanks to its high elevation and favorable climate, it is mainly dedicated to the cultivation of typica, caturra, paramaràs, and gesha coffee varieties.
A classic gesha profile that tastes great as filter and espresso.
Cupping score: 91 / 100 points
If you are and advanced espresso maker and your grinder and other tools can do the job of extracting enough from a lighter roast than you can choose for the omni roast. Omni roast is especially recommended if you prefer acidity and floral notes more than caramelized sweet notes and killer bodies.
