Filterkoffie is heel veelzijdig en smaken gaan van noten en chocolade naar bloemig en fruitig. We zullen veel proeven, maar net als bij wijn kan je dit uitspugen als je gevoelig bent voor cafeïne.
Je zult leren:
goede koffiebonen te selecteren voor je Aeropress
hoe deze bonen te malen
je recept en techniek te kiezen
welk water te gebruiken
hoe je recept aan te passen naar jouw smaak
welke dosering koffie versus water te gebruiken (je recept)
waarom filterkoffie de meest gezonde zetmethode is die in elk dieet past
je Aeropress vrij van smaak en geur beïnvloedende bacteriën te houden
je koffie goed te bewaren
en nog meer tips en tricks
Het is ook mogelijk deze workshop, of een training op maat privé te boeken bij jou thuis of op de zaak. We analyseren dan je set-up en helpen je coffee-game naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Dit kan al vanaf 150 (exclusief reiskosten).
