Fellow Electric Atmos โ Automatic Vacuum Coffee Canister
๐ฑ๐ Fresh Coffee, Less Oxygen, One Touch
The Fellow Electric Atmos is a rechargeable vacuum storage canister designed to help keep your specialty coffee beans fresh for longer. With a built-in electric vacuum pump, automatic pressure monitoring and a simple one-button operation, it removes much of the air from the container and helps maintain a reduced-oxygen environment.
Ideal for home baristas, filter coffee enthusiasts and anyone who buys freshly roasted specialty coffee and wants to protect its aroma between brewing sessions.

- ๐ Easy access โ release the vacuum before opening, then reseal after taking your beans.
๐ CoffeeNose Tip โ Vacuum Storage Isn't Magic
Freshly roasted coffee releases COโ, especially during the first days after roasting. That gas can gradually reduce the vacuum inside the canister, even when the seal is working correctly.
The Electric Atmos can compensate by pumping again, but vacuum storage doesn't stop coffee from aging, and it doesn't replace sensible buying and brewing habits.
For the best results:
- Store whole beans rather than ground coffee.
- Keep the canister in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and heat.
- Choose a canister that closely matches the amount of coffee you normally store.
- Avoid repeatedly opening a large container if you only use a small amount each day.
- For longer storage, freezing properly portioned, airtight coffee can be more effective than keeping it at room temperature.
Our CoffeeNose advice: Buy coffee in quantities you can comfortably finish while it's at its best. The right canister helps protect that quality โ it doesn't create freshness that was already lost.
๐ Fellow Atmos Size Guide โ Which Size Should You Choose?
Approximate whole-bean capacities. Actual weight depends on roast level, bean density and available headspace.

Fellowยฎ Official Store+2Atmos size | Approx. coffee capacity | CoffeeNose recommendation |
0.4 L | 150โ170 g | Small portions and occasional brewing - store half a bagย |
0.7 L | 250โ310 g | Best for a typical 200โ250 g specialty coffee bag |
1.2 L | 385โ450 g | Best for larger bags and daily coffee drinkers |
The Electric Atmos is currently offered in 0.7 L and 1.2 L sizes. The 0.4 L size belongs to the wider Atmos range.

Fellowยฎ Official Store+1๐ CoffeeNose Tip โ Bigger Isn't Always Better!
Choose the smallest canister that comfortably holds your usual coffee purchase.
If you regularly buy 200โ250 g bags, the 0.7 L Atmos is our preferred choice. A 1.2 L canister may be unnecessarily large for that quantity.
Why? Every time you open the canister, fresh air enters. The pump removes much of that air again, but choosing an appropriately sized container reduces unnecessary headspace and makes storage more practical.
Our recommendation: Rather than storing several different coffees together in one large container, use separate smaller Atmos canisters. This keeps the coffees organised, avoids mixing aromas and allows you to open only the coffee you're brewing.
For a 1 kg purchase, consider dividing the coffee into smaller portions. Keep your current supply in an Atmos and freeze the remainder in properly sealed, moisture-resistant portions. If the coffee bag rolls up nicely you can keep half of your coffee in the bag - if you use it within 1-2 weeks. So you put half in the canister, leave it for 2 weeks and half in the bag.
