Keeping the assembly clean around the seal area and the ring is essential to being able to make a coffee as intended by the roaster. The patented Cafelat cleaning brush is designed to clean the espresso machine assembly, especially those hard-to-reach areas around the sealing gasket. The brush adapts to all traditional espresso machines and "locks" into the group just like a portafilter. Each box is delivered with a pair of additional natural fiber brushes. Full instructions on how to use and modify the brushes are included.
