A lively blend with loads of aromas. Expect bold Flavors such as caramel, roasted nuts and milk chocolate.
Coffee is a fruit and we roast the dried seeds (coffee beans) skillfully on a light/medium level to showcase the fruity character. So you will taste high acidity, medium sweetness, medium bitterness and a full body.
Brewing Methods:
- Moka pot (Bialetti)
- Aeropress
- Full automatic espresso machines (Saeco, Jura, Miele, etc)
- Cold brew & Iced Coffee
- French Press (if you like darker roasts)
Start with 18gr per 50ml espresso and adjust according to preference. This is a double shot. Easy to split with 2 cups under your portafilter spouts or by using a shotglass.
We pulled some amazing espresso shots with this coffee in the Lab with 19-20 gram you can pull a 60 gram shot. Always use a scale to measure your input (ground coffee) and output (espresso in the cup(s)). Grind a little coarser than with most espresso blends.
This blend has been developed by the CoffeeNose 👃 to provide an accesable (in flavor profile and price) coffee that is available year round.
Available is 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, 2000gr, etc. Bring your own (vacuum) coffee canister and get 1 euro discount per 200gr (5 euro per KG!). Freshly roasted on order.
