Seize the chance to tap into Wouter's knowledge and immerse yourself in our exceptional offerings! Being a proficient barista requires not only technical skills but also a keen sense of taste to evaluate the espresso and suggest necessary modifications. You will shift your focus from the usual metrics (extraction time, dose, yield, etc.) and reconnect with the core principles of tasting, assessing, and leveraging your expertise to improve the next shot!
If you have the opportunity, please bring your own machine and grinder so we can train you on the tools you work with every day. If you can't bring your equipment, please take some pictures of it.
