This decaf showcases a rich sweetness, slightly buttery, and often warm sugar-like flavor similar to caramel but with deeper, more buttery notes and a hint of nuttiness. Expect a bright, zesty, and lively sensation on the tongue. Reminiscent of Apple (Pink Lady) or other tart fruits. The malic acid adds complexity and prevents the sweetness from being overwhelming. 

Expect a long aftertaste with spicy notes.

Coffee originates from a fruit, and we carefully roast the dried seeds (coffee beans) at a light to medium level to highlight their fruity notes.

This product is designed to fit perfectly through your mailbox 📨, making delivery a breeze! You can opt for mailbox shipping only if every item in your order can fit through. 

If you have any doubts, feel free to reach out for clarification. For larger items, we highly recommend choosing a parcel point for a more convenient experience.

200, 400 & 600gr fits through the mailbox. If you select mailbox shipping for more than 600gr we will have to charge you extra before shipping your order. In that case a regular box is often cheaper than 2x mailbox package.

Roasted on 100% renewable energy and 0% gas! It's not completely zero waste throughout the whole chain yet, but coffee is transporter in bulk over sea so the majority of the co2 and waste is created roasting with gas (we roast on renewable electricity), packaging and transport by road. 

We are buying more and more coffees that are transported by sailing cargo ships, whenever available.

Start with 18gr coffee and 300ml water 

Grind a bit finer to extract enough flavor. Make sure that only a few drops of underextracted coffee will fall during the wetting/blooming phase (use 30-40ml for wetting). 

Total brew time can be up to 4-5min. 

Try V60 (switch), Aeropress or French Press. Not fruity enough? make sure you use filtered water and don't underextract at the start and overextract at the finish (proper wetting is essential!)

Always use a scale to measure your input coffee and output water.
