Philips Saeco water filter Brita Intenza+ CA6702/10
best price @ 6 pieces
Original Brita quality - made in Germany for over 25 years:
- reduces limescale, chlorine, PFAS, microplastics and heavy metals
- protects your coffee machine and keeps it energy efficient
- improves the taste of your coffee
- can be used immediately without soaking the filter
Knock-off compatible filters sold online often boast TUV certification but never share the reports about how well their filters actualy work. The certificate just indicates they do remove limescale. So will you risk that or choose orignal Brita quality?
The Intenza water filter should be replaced after 50 liters or after two months of use.
The activated carbon reduces substances that alter the taste and smell of the water (organic compounds, chlorine, etc.), while a special macroporous filter included in the cartridge ensures optimal filtration by retaining micro-particles in the water.
The different settings of the filter:
- Soft: water level A - 50 liter (300 cups)
- Medium: water level B - 40 liter (250 cups)
- Hard: water level C - 30 liter (200 cups)
Instructions
1. Remove the water reservoir, dispose of the existing water, and check if the reservoir is clean.
2. Set the 'Aroma System' to 'A', 'B', or 'C' to adjust the proper filtration of the water.
3. Hold the filter under water in a container for a few seconds. This ensures that the filter fills with water and the air bubbles disappear.
4. Place the filter in the reservoir. Press it down to the bottom while making a slight twisting motion.
5. Fill the water reservoir with fresh drinking water and place it back in the machine.
6. Let a few cups of water run through the steam nozzle before using the machine again.
If your water hardness is higher than ± 7 °dH, a water filter is highly recommended. Using a water filter reduces the risk of limescale damaging your machine and also improves the taste of your coffee.

Are you used to buy dark roast beans for your machine?
Try the WB.coffee CN - Chocolatey & Nutty blend. You will taste strong flavours but without the bitterness. The CN blend is sweet by itself, so no need to add sugar. CN blend also tastes great with (plant) milk.
