Shop Fellow

The gen 1 burrs will give you a complex cup and will highlight the acidity of the coffee more providing more flavor clarity. If you are used to grind a bit coarser and brew a lot of V60 or Kalita style brews the gen 1 grinder and burrs will suit you better. 

If you grind finer and try to make a stronger cup and extract maximum sweetness (with a risk of more bitter notes in the balance) the gen 2 grinder/burrs will suit you more. 

There are also SSP burrs that sit in between the micron range. I reccomend those burrs if you are a fan of ultra light (nordic) roasts.
