Simple Operation, Guidance, and Ready-Made Recipes

The device displays guidance based on brewing programs developed by coffee specialists, Fellow Q-Graders. You can choose light, medium, or dark roasts, cold brew, and more. Aiden automatically sets the most important variables for brewing coffee: to-the-degree temperature control, precise coffee-to-water ratios, and a pre-infusion cycle.

The instant brew option also allows you to prepare coffee with the press of a single button. You don’t need to be a coffee expert to brew coffee at an expert level. You also don't need to worry about the details and can spend more time enjoying great coffee.


Advanced Settings and Control via App

More advanced users can customize the brewing process to their preferences from the device or the mobile app. Aiden allows you to set the brewing temperature and ratios, pre-infusion temperature, ratios, and time, as well as configure pulse pouring: the number of pulses, their temperature, and the time between them.

Adjust the settings, create, and share brew profiles from your phone. Additionally, you can conveniently schedule your brew time in advance. Brew yourself a cup of coffee from bed or a full pot while sitting on the couch.


Single or Multiple Servings

Fellow Aiden allows you to prepare single or multiple servings of coffee. Whether you’re brewing one cup or 10, coffee from Aiden tastes just as it should. Aiden is equipped with two interchangeable brew baskets: one for a single serving (compatible with Melitta #2 cone filters) and one for larger batches (compatible with Melitta 8-12 cup flat bottom filters).

Additionally, the machine features a unique dual shower head to evenly distribute water for any coffee dose. You can brew coffee into the included thermal carafe, which keeps coffee warm for a long time, or into your favorite mug. The set includes 15 cone filters and 15 flat bottom filters.

The device is made from BPA-free plastic, stainless steel, and silicone. Its compact dimensions (L 22.7cm x W 22.7cm x H 30.5cm) make it easy to fit on any countertop.

Fellow Ode combines great design with functionality:

• The grind adjustment wheel is located on the front dial. You can choose one of 31 settings, depending on the brewing method you use: AeroPress, dripper, Chemex, French Press, or Cold Brew.
• Ode includes professional-grade, large, 64mm, flat, stainless steel burrs that provide even grinding on every setting.
• PID System guarantees stable and smooth work.
• Automatic shut off. The motor will turn off automatically after grinding. The system detects when the hopper is empty and turns off the grinder.
• The hopper holds up to 80 grams of coffee beans - designed as a single dose hopper.
• The grounds container is made of aluminum. A magnet on it bottom makes it easy to place the container on the base of the grinder. A knocker known from professional grinders helps to get rid of all the grounds - in result, the retention of the grinder is extremely low.
• The body is elegant and solid, made of aluminum and plastic.
