Our silicone part is thicker than in the standard version, which brings numerous advantages.

Advantages:

  • Higher wear resistance = Longer lifespan = Fewer maintenance intervals
  • More homogeneous grinding

Upgrade Flapper for E64 WS

Our upgrade flapper has been specifically designed to work perfectly even for specialty roasts.

What makes our flapper better?

More stable silicone material

Our flapper is significantly more shape-stable and less flexible. This ensures a more even discharge of the ground coffee and consistent performance even at high throughput.

Integrated static clamp

The static clamp we designed captures the electrostatic charge immediately after grinding. The result: significantly reduced scattering and a clean discharge of the coffee grounds.

Proven in practice

Tested with light and dark roasts as well as pure Robusta varieties. In all cases, a clear improvement is noticeable.

Conclusion:

Less static charge, significantly less coffee dust, and a clean bar. A sensible upgrade.
