the CoffeeNose👃: Puck filters are great to make your extraction more even and assist with an equal pre-infusion. Also keep your showerscreen more clean so that you can save on water and electricity by flushing less. Especially for the home barista where daily backflushing is not feasable due to the low volume of shots.
Adjust your grind size and puck preparation to fine tune (dial in) your espresso shot. Use multiple filters and or together with a metal puck screen to find your favorite way of brewing.
