Ankomn Vacuum Container Turn -N- Seal UV 1.2L (40% black)

Ankomn Turn-N-Seal Clear UV Semi-Black Canister (pronounced "unusual") is a hard plastic container that uses a patented vacuum pump technology to keep your coffee and other fresh goods fresh for longer. 

Turn-N-Seal locks the taste and freshness of each food. You can keep food tasty and fresh for days after you have prepared it, so fresh food is always available. The technology consists of a rotating button on the lid that sucks oxygen out of the container at every turn. 

What makes Turn-N-Seal so special is that it's so easy to use. The lid may be thinner than a pizza, but inside the innovative lid is the power to create a strong vacuum with a single twist on the lid. You will notice that the small silicone dimple at the top of the lid will dive down as soon as a sufficient vacuum has been created and that the vacuum will linger for a longer period of time so that no water, oxygen, or bad odors will enter the container to spoil your goods. 

Ankomn Turn-N-Seal Clear vacuum containers can be placed in the refrigerator and stacked on top of each other for a more compact storage solution. 

Ankomn Turn-N-Seal is available in White, Black, Clear and UV 40% black. These are the sizes:

Ankomn Everlock is providing an airtight lock, without the vacuum turning system. A good solution for your daily brews (choose the 0.3L) and herbs, nuts, tea, spices, pasta, rice, dry food, pet food, etc. Everyhting you want to keep dry and airtight but does not have to be vacuum sealed.

A vacuum jar to ensure your coffee beans stay fresh. How to avoid commonly made mistakes?

The CoffeeNose recommends utilizing a canister for coffee beans that you plan to store for anywhere between 1 week and 2 months. To keep your beans fresh, avoid breaking the vacuum seal on a daily basis for your regular servings, as this will allow CO2 to escape and oxygen to enter the canister. Beans that you will use within a week can be kept in the original coffee bag (simply roll it up and secure it with a clip) or in a small jar or container. Any leftover beans should be stored in a vacuum canister for optimal preservation.

It's common for people to mistakenly select the biggest vacuum canister, but if you're only buying up to 500g of beans, it's far more effective to get 2-3 smaller canisters. Opening and resealing a large canister daily compromises the vacuum, letting in oxygen and CO2. These canisters are meant for beans you'll use within 1 to 10 weeks, and repeatedly breaking the vacuum can work against your efforts to keep them fresh.
