WB.coffee White Elderflower Peach is a light, refreshing white tea blend with peach and elderflower that feels almost sparkling in aroma — soft, elegant, and surprisingly “champagne-like” in character. It’s the kind of tea that works for special moments, but is easy enough to enjoy every day.

How does it taste? ​

• a clean, delicate finish with zero heavyness

☕ How to brew

• Use 18gr per liter (us a scale) - 2.5–5g per 250 ml
• Water temperature: 70°C 
• Steep time: 2-4 minutes

Don’t be scared of loose tea

Loose leaf is easier than it looks. You only need:

• a simple tea infuser / strainer, or
• paper tea filter bags

Rinse, shake, done. Super quick to clean.

A little extra: what white tea actually is

White tea comes from the same plant as black, green, and oolong tea — but it’s processed differently. The youngest buds/leaves are picked before they open, then dried immediately to prevent oxidation. That minimal processing helps preserve delicate aromas and makes white tea naturally rich in antioxidants (often discussed as beneficial due to their role in fighting free radicals). The Tea Refill Program discount needs to be applied manually. Please use our payment link or QR code and select either IBAN bank transfer or cash.

It's not completely zero waste throughout the whole chain yet, but tea is transporter in bulk over sea so the majority of the co2 and waste is created roasting with gas (we roast on renewable electricity), packaging and transport by road.

The Ankomn Turn 'n' Seal Vacuum Canister 0.3L fits 50gr-200gr of our blends. It really depends on the blend. Herbal infusions have usually more volume compared to pure black or green tea.

Loose leaf tea selected by the CoffeeNose👃

Use soft mineral water or filtered water to better taste the delicate flavors of tea and coffee. Brew tea at the recommended temperature with a variable temperature kettle such as Fellow Corvo. Heating only the needed amount of water at the right temperature saves energy.
